# Global locally square-integrable progressive integrands

Chewi's display (1.1.10) is written on a finite horizon `[0,T]`, while
Proposition 1.1.16 immediately forms the process
`t ↦ ∫₀ᵗ eta_s dB_s` for all `t ≥ 0` and Definition 1.1.15 asks for a
localizing sequence tending to infinity. The mathematically precise global
hypothesis is therefore local square integrability on every finite horizon.

This module records that implicit quantifier explicitly. It is intentionally a
thin source-domain wrapper: every finite horizon recovers the already compiled
`LocalProgressiveL2Integrand`, so the canonical energy-localization machinery
can be reused without duplication.
