# Reversible continuous-linear semigroups

This file formalizes Chewi's Definition 1.2.10 at its natural Hilbert-space
level. In the textbook application the ambient space is `L²(pi)`. Keeping
the Hilbert space abstract lets the definition be reused once a concrete
Markov semigroup has been extended to that space.

The predicate does not construct an `L²` extension, an invariant measure, or
a concrete Langevin semigroup. Those remain separate analytic obligations.
